Junior Backend Developer (Java/Python)

Responsibilities:

• Implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to integrate the frontend with the backend
• Write clean, well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in the frontend of our applications
• Continuously improve your skills and stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with at least 1 year of professional experience
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
• Knowledge of web application architecture and design patterns, including RESTful APIs and microservices
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Design, develop, and maintain backend web services using Java or Python
• Write clean, maintainable code that is easy to read and understand
• Work with a team of developers to build and deploy new features
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 1+ years of experience developing backend web services preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of Java or Python
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure
